The Smart Water Purifier uses a 4-stage Reverse Osmosis process with an NSF-certified RO membrane filtering to 0.0001 microns, plus AI-based digital monitoring that shows live TDS/PPM readings, filter life and fault alerts. The Alkaline Water Purifier uses a 7-stage process with a 0.01 micron ultra-filtration membrane, softening resin for hard water, and an alkaline stage that raises pH. Choose Smart for maximum purity and monitoring; choose Alkaline for hard-water areas and alkaline-rich, pH-balanced water.
Every price, including all instalment plans, is on the Pricing page and is shown in your local currency. Professional installation is included. You can buy outright, or spread the cost over 3, 12, 24, 36 or 60 months.
On the Smart Water Purifier: the PP filter every 3 months, the CTO carbon block every 6 months, and the Reverse Osmosis membrane and Post GAC / T33 cartridge every 18 months. On the Alkaline Water Purifier: the PP filter every 3 months; the GAC/UDF, CTO, softening resin, alkaline and UF cartridges every 6 months; and the Post GAC / T33 cartridge every 12 months. Actual lifespan depends on your water quality and how much water you use.
A YORK-certified engineer installs the system under your sink with a dedicated gooseneck tap and a cold-water connection. You book the appointment in the York app after ordering. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled in the app with at least 24 hours' notice; shorter notice may incur an additional charge under the contract.
Both the Smart Water Purifier and the Alkaline Water Purifier carry a 36-month warranty. Warranty applies when the system is installed and maintained by YORK-approved technicians. Filters are consumables and are excluded from warranty.
On the Smart Water Purifier, service visits are included across the three-year period, approximately every eight months, and a YORK engineer fits each replacement cartridge. On the Alkaline Water Purifier, replacement cartridges are sent to you by post to fit yourself; if you would rather an engineer fitted them, an engineer visit can be booked and is charged per visit. Leaving a cartridge in beyond its recommended life may reduce filtration performance.
Reverse Osmosis removes dissolved solids, including some minerals, along with contaminants. If you prefer alkaline-rich water, the Alkaline Water Purifier uses a 0.01 micron ultra-filtration membrane designed to reduce bacteria and microorganisms, followed by an alkaline stage that raises pH. Most people get the large majority of their minerals from food rather than water.
The Alkaline Water Purifier includes a cation-exchange softening resin stage designed to reduce water hardness and limescale-forming minerals, which can also make water feel softer on skin and hair. Note this is a drinking-water system fitted at a single tap, not a whole-house softener.
Yes, but relocating the water purifier is treated as a new installation and additional charges apply. If the system has been relocated without proper reinstallation, the warranty may be suspended until it is correctly reinstalled.
The systems are designed for municipal tap water on a cold-water connection only, at an operating temperature of 5°C to 45°C. The Smart Water Purifier operates at 0.1 to 0.35 MPa water pressure and the Alkaline Water Purifier at 0.1 to 0.45 MPa. Both are intended for household and small-office use; large-scale commercial use voids the warranty.
We deliver and install in every market we operate in, and installations are carried out by YORK-certified engineers. Our registered company details for your country are shown in the footer. Message us on WhatsApp or LINE, or ask in the York app, to confirm coverage for your address.
Do not consume water until the initial flushing process is completed. The systems use food-grade materials and are designed for household drinking water. York does not guarantee exact TDS, PPM or pH figures, as results depend on your incoming supply and local water conditions, and the water purifier is a filtration product rather than a medical device.
